Recycling

Today in science we learned there are things we can be doing at school and at home to reduce, reuse and recycle so we have less garbage in the world.  The class practiced sorting items into different recycling bins and found it was easy and fun.  Your child may ask to help recycle at home, please encourage their efforts!

In Bible this morning we learned how Zechariah got his voice back when his son was born.  We prayed to believe what God tells us and to trust Him with each situation.

We studied word endings in reading and practiced listening for the beginning, middle and ending sounds in words.

In math we discovered patterns in the graphs we made and realized recognizing a pattern can help us predict future data.

At story time the class identified story events in a text where a stuffed animal was lost.

We enjoyed checking out new library books and finishing a Christmas gift project at the end of the day.

It was a great Thursday!
