Evaporation

Today in science we discussed the process of evaporation.  The class found it interesting that water could be in the form of a gas.
At Bible time we finished the story of Moses as God's chosen leader.  We prayed for God to use us as leaders, too.
The class recalled story elements from a story about many funny animals.
In math we focused on putting numbers into proper counting order. 
We finished a writing project in reading and then practiced the 'Tt' sound.  At learning centers we counted, identifies numbers, sounds and rhymes...all through games.
It was a good start to a very short week! 
The class did much better as a whole on their last phonics quiz; ; thank you for helping them study at home...I can tell you worked hard!
