We started our day with praising God for creating animals. Learning the creation story is a great way to have a thankful heart, as God created so many amazing things!
We heard a story about ducks and made connections to how we're counting in math. For P.E. the kids were excited to don their gym shoes and have a romp in the gym with Mr. Haynes. In math we continue to learn more about careful counting and writing numbers properly. After lunch we reviewed vocabulary words in reading and practiced phonics, writing letters, reading and played alphabet games. It was exciting to finish our map of BLS and review all the different jobs people do in our building. At the end of the day we drew pictures on the iPads, sorted and played an alphabet game.
Everyone is working hard and stepping up to do great work in Kindergarten.
