Yes, 'sh' is the digraph of the week; remember to use it often at home and contrast it with words that begin with 's'.
Our Bible story of the week is about Peter's experience in prison.  Today we prayed to keep a faithful heart like Peter even when we're in a hard place. 
At story time we worked on high level vocabulary words from a book about puppies at school.  We're off on a new chapter in Math, this time it's about geometric shapes.  Challenge your child to see shapes in their environment each day.  In the afternoon we gave and listened to more time line presentations.  The class learned about ladybug habitat, food and their enemies in science.  At learning centers we worked on iPads, made aphids, sculpted with play doh and built.  Chalk that up to a strong Monday!
