Who is Library Mouse?

We received a mysterious note today... it was from a mouse!  Yesterday we heard a story about a mouse that lives in a library.  This mouse watches the children as they read during the day and at night the library mouse comes out to read books and write new ones.  I wonder if we might have a library mouse in our school?  We'll have to investigate...
Our morning was blessed with a teaching about mercy from Pastor Mark.  He helped us look forward to Palm Sunday and the special weeks before Easter.  I hope you have plans to worship during this special season.  Check out the BLC schedule in the Newslice for worship times here.
After chapel we finished a writing project on the four seasons and wrote a little in our journals.  In math we learned the minus sign for our subtraction sentences and practiced subtracting.  Our story was a read very slowly as it was about a sloth.  We practiced part of our chapel play and has a Spanish lesson.  In learning centers we painted Easter eggs, played learning games on the iPads, built with dominos and played a game about all the sounds 'y' can make in a word.

Have a great day and keep learning!

Mrs. Luoma
