The class was excited to get their very on BLS yearbook today! We had a yearbook signing party at the end of the school day. Our kids had fun asking their classmates for their signatures. We hope it will be full of memories for many years to come.
We began our day with a devotion an prayer, focusing on being thankful.
In reading we had fun with a quiz on syllables and reading. Yes, Kindergarteners love tests!
After recess we had a great time surprising our 8th grade friends with a song and flowers. Then we played together outside with bubbles, chalk and balls!
For math, we analyzed our class birthday data by graphing the information and reading our graphs.
We just had time for a quick art project, drawing portraits of a classmate.
Then it was an early recess and in for the awards assembly.
It was a fun day, honoring one another and enjoying some special activities.
