At Bible time this morning we learned more about the Lord's Prayer and discussed what 'daily bread' is in our life. The class heard a story about a whale and made connections to their own life.
We carefully cut objects in half, showing equal parts in math.
In reading this week we are studying the word ending 'ing'. We identified and wrote 'ing' words.
The class learned more about plants in science. We began experiments about how plants transport water and how seeds germinate.
At learning center time the class played a sight word game, built plants from geometric figures, finished up s Mother's Day project and made larger shapes from smaller ones.
We are working hard and really enjoying the spring sunshine. It was a great start to our week.
