That's a question your child may be asking a lot this month. We have started learning about the weather and today we learned about meteorologists in science. We will be studying the Lord's prayer and learning what each phrase means in Bible for the next couple of weeks. At story time today the class kept track of multiple characters in a funny story about a nest. In reading we will begin the study of homophones and 'l' blends. We learned yet one more way to measure in math: area. For learned centers we practiced on the iPads, created cloud pictures, identified 's' blend words in a bean bag toss and built larger shapes from smaller ones. The rain was fickle today and came and left quickly.
