We talked about measuring weight today in math. If you have a scale at home, encourage your student to weigh things and compare their weights. We are finding that many, many jobs require measuring. Let your child know what you measure at home and at work.
Pastor Andy helped us to understand the kingdom of God in chapel this morning. We are learning how to seek God first in our lives and trust Him with the details. At writing time, most of us finished our Mother's Day booklets. The class enjoyed finding picture details from a Dr. Seuss book in the afternoon. At reading time we formed and read words that use 's' blends. We were busy in learning centers, painting, creating, and building with our friends.
