Here comes the real day 100!

Tomorrow we will be doing some special activities to celebrate our actual Day 100!  You will see us going home 100 days smarter; watch for our beautiful crowns.
This morning we began with a devotion on how our heavenly Father comforts us.  Then we practiced our chapel play.  It's getting better and better, we are so proud of our class and all their hard work.
We heard a story about Grandmas and art at story time and recalled the main events and details.
In math we learned how we can 'decompose' numbers into addition sentences and then practiced writing ways to make nine.
After lunch we took on long and short 'u' words.  We sorted and wrote out three new sight words.
The class discussed our latest experiment on forces and we made a poster with our data.
In learning centers we worked on our crowns of 100 dots, decomposed numbers and built designs using blocks.
Good Monday, class!
